Connect Healthcare giving patients control of their personal data
As part of the product team at MSP Recovery, I helped develop solutions to give patients control over their medical data and improve the healthcare experience.
Products developed included:
• The LifeWallet mobile app to store and manage patients' medical records securely on their device and grant access to providers when needed. The app provides health summaries, tracking features and biometric authentication.
• A tablet kiosk application for use in healthcare facilities to allow new patients to securely register and upload medical records to streamline the check-in process.
• A blockchain-based dashboard for analyzing claims data to identify billing errors, coverage denials and potential cost savings. The dashboard provides actionable insights to improve revenue recovery.
I was responsible for:
• Defining product vision and requirements through research and stakeholder interviews
• Building high-performing cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Implementing tools like Confluence, Jira and Google Drive
• Designing and rolling out customized reporting and insights
• Integrating assessment data to match with personalized intervention plans
• Developing applications across mobile, web and blockchain technologies
